Terms & Conditions

Private Ride 707 LLC  

1. Reservations  

All reservations must be confirmed in writing (email or booking platform). Service is subject to vehicle and driver availability.

2. Payments  

Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and approved electronic payments.

3. Cancellations  

- Airport transfers: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup to avoid charges.  

- Hourly or special events: Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to fees.  

- No-shows will be charged the full trip amount.

4. Waiting Time  

Airport pickups include complimentary wait time (up to 60 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights after landing). Additional waiting time may be billed at the hourly rate.

5. Client Responsibilities  

Passengers are responsible for:

- Providing accurate pickup information  

- Ensuring timely readiness  

- Respectful conduct inside vehicles  

Smoking, illegal substances, or excessive damage to vehicles will result in additional charges.

6. Liability  

Private Ride 707 LLC is fully licensed and insured. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues beyond our control, or force majeure events.

7. Gratuity  

A standard gratuity may be added to certain reservations. Custom gratuities may be applied for corporate or special bookings.

8. Vehicle Substitution  

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value if necessary due to operational needs.
